November 2007: Participation in CITM 2007 Exhibition in Kunming

The Israeli Ministry of Tourism, the Israeli Trade Mission to China and the EL AL Israel Airlines LTD. jointly organized “Discover Israel – your next tourist destination” seminar as well as booth at the CITM 2007 exhibition in Kunming in Nov. 2.

Just right after the official signing of ADS between the foreign ministers of China and Israel during the visit of Israeli Foreign Minister on Oct. 30, the seminar aimed at promoting Chinese tourists to Israel. Four Israeli major Travel agencies presented themselves at the seminar.

Some seventy Chinese travel agencies engaging in outbound tours as well as Medias participated in the event who showed great enthusiasm and willingness in working together with Israel to bring group tourists to Israel.
